We’re babysitting. Sort of. July 30, 2009

Jordan had to have his ACL repaired. Because the vet wanted him to be watched carefully for 10-14 days, Mom brought him over here ’cause Jordan’s mom works. We’ve had him since yesterday morning and he’ll go home tomorrow night. His mom’s taking next week off from work to take care of him and I think he’ll be happy to see her again!

Mom said the vet said he’s doing real well. He’ll get the staples out next week and then in six weeks he can go out without being on a leash. His house has a fenced yard but needs to stay on a leash ’cause he likes to chase The Big Brown Truck.

I hope he will get better real soon! It’s very nice of your mom to care for him.

Mom said she did it this way ’cause it was easier than walking to Jordan’s house every tow hours to check on him. I don’t blame her– it’s too hot out to be walking any where.
